  • CANCELLATIONS

    Following registration, if you are are no longer able to attend the conference, BCI will refund 90% of the registration fee if we receive the cancellation before Friday, 01 June 2018. We also welcome attendee replacements should your plans change.

  • MEDIA ACCREDITATION

    BCI offers a limited number of complimentary media passes, only made available after the media accreditation process has been completed and entry has been approved. 

    Press registration is only available to approved media representatives. To apply for press credentials, please email media@bettercotton.org and include “press inquiry” in the subject line. An application is not a guarantee that you will receive press credentials as space is limited. Qualified applicants include working members of print, broadcast and online media. Please send contact details and examples of recent published articles. Journalists and photographers will not be considered without reference to the above. Press credentials are available only to working press who can show evidence that their attendance may result in coverage of the conference in print or online media. External camera crews are not allowed at the BCI Conference.

    Please allow up to 14 business days for a reply. Media must be pre-approved and will not be granted credentials at the door of the event. 

  • VISA SUPPORT

    Don’t wait until it’s too late!

    If you need an invitation letter to support your visa application for traveling to Brussels, Belgium, please contact us at membership@bettercotton.org after you have registered for the event. We will need to know at which embassy/consulate you will apply, its address, and a copy of the passport for each attendee that requires an invitation letter.

    Please note that BCI’s headquarter is located in Switzerland, which is in the Schengen area but not in Belgium. If you need an invitation from a company based in Belgium, you need to arrange that yourself.

    We need 2 weeks‘ notice prior to your deadline to provide the letter on time.
