    Who is this for?

This is a fundraising & development masterclass exclusively for arts & culture professionals. We’re deliberately keeping the numbers small for individual attention, and we’re looking for development professionals and senior leaders in the sector. This session is focused on strategy and will not be suitable for early-career or more junior staff.

What will I learn and take away?

We’ll explore the supporter journey from start to finish: what your supporters are looking for; how to get (and keep) them; and how to do it within your resources.

    You’ll learn:

    • How to use your online platforms to develop engaging supporter journeys
    • How to build an individual supporter base (that’s not limited to a Friends scheme)
    • How to identify, cultivate and approach supporters with the potential to give more (a lot more!)
    • The latest research and insight in fundraising and development, from both the charity and arts & culture sectors
    • What successful fundraisers in the arts & culture sector are doing well (and not so well)

    Who we are

We’re Ask Direct, Ireland’s leading fundraising agency with over 12 years’ experience in the charity and not-for-profit sector here in Ireland. Last year, we helped Together for Yes raise over €500,000 in a week, and every day we help our clients connect better with their supporters to raise more money (you can read more about us here).

Our friend Bernard Ross of =mc and the UK’s National Arts Fundraising School will be flying in to join us. Bernard has worked with many of the UK’s leading arts and cultural organisations including Tate Gallery, V&A Museum, and the RSC.

Together, we want to help you turn your database into a donor base.
