• Visa Requirements

Depending on your nationality, and the purpose and duration of your visit, you may not need a visa to visit Indonesia.

If you come from one of the countries enlisted here, you do not require visa as long as you have:

    • A valid travel document and valid for at least 6 (six) months
    • A return ticket or onward ticket
    • A reason for your stay
    • Means of support
    • Accommodation arrangements

You will be granted residence permit for a period of 30 (thirty) days that can not be extended or converted into any other residence permit.

We are able to issue visa invitation letters to support your visa application only after receipt of your registration confirmation and full payment of your registration fees.

Please contact International Chamber of Commerce Indonesia at banking@iccindonesia.org

Please include the following information in your visa support letter request:

    1.    The address of the embassy or consulate you are applying to

    2.    Travel dates

    3.    Passport details

Please note – electronic copies of the letter will be sent directly to you – they will not be transmitted to the consulate.

Please be aware that the process to get a visa might take up to 3 months so plan your schedule accordingly.
