    RICS in Cyprus is hosting Nick Nunnington MRICS in a session which will explore a variety of global trends and disruptive forces that are impacting all aspects of Chartered Surveying from valuation to asset management and development to agency.


    Using a variety of global case studies it will promote discussion on how global forces shape local practice, decision making and future proofing your businesses.


    Nick  is a Member of the RICS  and has 29 years experience in teaching and managing Real Estate Masters programs in the UK, Eastern Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Nick was appointed a Visiting Professor in Corporate Real Estate, following a full UK Professorial assessment process, to Nottingham Trent University, in 2010. He is also involved in teaching a Masters programme for the University of Adeliade and has been an RICS external examiner for the RiICS accredited Masters Programme in Real Estate at Neapolis University in Paphos (NUP)  for 5 years.


    He is passionate about the need for the Surveying Professions to change and adapt to the disruptive influences of change and reducing barriers of entry that offer both opportunities and threats to real estate professionals.
