  • Refunds Policy

    You may request a refund anytime from when you place your order up to 10 days before an event. 

    Please note, we cannot make refunds for cancellations received less than 10 days before an event or for attendees who do not turn up to an event. 

    If you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place as long as you let us know the day before the class.

    Refunds requested 28 days or less before the event will have a 15% administration charge deducted from the refund total. Refunds are made by direct bank transfer.

    It is not always possible to transfer your ticket to another session / date once your ticket has been purchased. If it is possible, a 15% administration fee will be charged.
