    IMPORTANT NOTE:

Due to a great demand for hotel accommodation in Hannover in June (trade fair), we recommand that participants requiring accommodation make their booking as early as possible! See tab "Accommodation" for further details.

    SAFETY IS A PRIORITY!

Due to the ongoing pandemic, we recommend that participants have a valid vaccination against COVID-19 or/and have recently recovered from COVID-19. In addition, we would ask all participants to have a recent (24 hours) negative COVID-19 (self-)test prior to their arrival at the venue (certificates will not be checked).

Face masks (FFP2/KN95/N95) must be worn indoors during registration, guided tours, poster and oral sessions, but not when actively eating or drinking. There is a large outdoor terrace next to the conference area where for example the barbecue dinner on June 23 will be held and where no masks are required. FFP2 face masks (and a limited numberof SARS-CoV-2 self-tests) will be available on site.
