Your privacy is important to Rotary and the personal data you share with Rotary will only be used for official Rotary business. This means that your personal data will be used to enable your attendance and participation during Rotary Day at the United Nations and to facilitate your Event experience (for example, we may share your personal data to print name badges.) Personal data you provide when registering may be transferred to Rotary service providers (for example, affiliated entities) to assist Rotary in planning Event-related activities. You may receive information about the Event and supplementary services via email. You may object to the use of your email address at any time by sending a message to info@rotaryundaynairobi.org or peopleofaction@rotary.org.

Kindly note that, due to security requirements, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE
By attending and participating in Rotary Day at the United Nations, including any pre- or post- official activities, Rotary official events, or activities organized by affiliated entities, you consent to be photographed or recorded by any means, including still photography, audio, interview, and video recording. Rotary uses this information on its website, in its print and electronic publications, and in social media to promote Rotary. Rotary retains this information for historical and research purposes. You grant Rotary, free of charge, a perpetual and irrevocable right to use, copy, display, modify, distribute, publish, and license use of these recordings and your image and voice, for official Rotary business in connection with the Event.
NOTICES
For security purposes, all registrants must show government issued photo identification (driver’s license or passport) at the United Nations Office at Nairobi to enter through security to the venue. Rotary and the United Nations reserves the right to check photo identification at any time. Tickets that do not match will be confiscated without refund and violators will be removed from the premises. Rotary and the United Nations reserve the right to inspect all purses and bags. Registrants may refuse inspection; however, Rotary reserves the right to prevent entry.
Attendance at Rotary Day at the United Nations is voluntary. By registering, participants agree they will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements and securing any required visa or health documents necessary for entry into Kenya. Neither Rotary nor the United Nations are responsible for travel or security beyond the United Nations compound.
NOTE ABOUT ACCESSIBILITY
While Rotary strives for accessibility to all of its events, attendees to Rotary Day at the United Nations are advised that neither the United Nations Office at Nairobi nor the city of Nairobi generally are fully handicapped accessible. Individuals with significant mobility issues may wish to give this their full consideration before completing their registration.
