    In an increasingly globalized and technological world, how do we make diversity a reality in France? How can we get beyond declarations of intention and truly ensure that the workforce is increasingly diverse and inclusive? How do we scale up? 

    Join Harvard Club of France on June 26th at Station F, the world's largest start-up campus, for a vibrant discussion with three innovative leaders who are making a difference in France, through their new approaches to greater diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

    We have invited  

    Estelle Barthélemy, Co-founder of Mozaïk RH,  

    Kat Borlongan, Director of "La French Tech", and  

    Jean Guo, CEO and Co-founder of Konexio,  

    to discuss their concrete approaches and  impact to-date.

    Organized by Audrene Eloit, Secretary-General of the Harvard Club of France, the session will be moderated by Denise Silber, Vice-President for communication of HCF.

    Three unique approaches

    Konexio , a hybrid startup organization, combats the digital divide in the employment pool, by providing high-quality digital skills training and workforce integration to vulnerable populations, notably refugees and migrants.

    La French Tech  is a public actor supporting the ecosystem of French startups within the Ministry for the Economy and Finances of France, and has recently launched the French Tech Diversity program for social and gender diversity among entrepreneurs.

    Kat Borlongan is a specialist in open innovation and the international digital ecosystem, and the appointed director of the French Tech mission. Beginning her career at Reporters Without Borders and the UN, she co-founded Five by Five in 2013 and is an associate personality of the Economic and Social Economic Council (EESC). She has worked with many startups, including as a Techstars Paris Entrepreneur-in-Residence and a mentor for the Google, Numa and Startup Bootcamp accelerators. Kat is a graduate of Sciences Po Bordeaux and McGill University.

    Jean Guo is the CEO/co-founder of Konexio. A recent Rubenstein fellow at the Harvard Center for Public Leadership, she founded Konexio based on her research as a Fulbright fellow investigating migrant policy at the Paris School of Economics, and graduated from Stanford with degrees in economics and human biology. She has been listed by Forbes and Elle as one of the top women entrepreneurs to follow in France.

    Estelle Barthélemy is the co-founder of Mozaïk RH. She began her career in the field of training and Human Resources and served as Assistant Director of a CFA before co-founding Mozaïk RH. Estelle has 10 years of experience in developing ambitious, innovative programs to support young people and combat unemployment. In 2018, she founded Oya Agency, a consultancy with positive social impact, for social enterprises and NGOs. She is on the board of several organizations and a Knight of the Ordre National du Mérite. She holds a Master's degree in economics (Paris I).

    Denise Silber is a digital health thought leader with a combined industry and entrepreneurial background. An ex New Yorker, Denise is a professional emcee and the founder of Basil Strategies consultancy providing medical event programming and start-up services. A Harvard MBA and vice-president of HCF, Denise has authored many eHealth publications. She was awarded the French Legion of Honor in 2011 and in 2018, named to the #InspiringFifty women in tech in France.
